2010

  • In shareholders meeting there was a decision made to expand “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, to the new markets and invest their provided products in the company in order to raise public capital. In that case “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, which is working in aviation service industry field, was finally fully reformed and prepared to its shares initial public offerings in the Warsaw Stock Exchange. There were oderliness and rules of the Board, the Board of Supervisors, salaries, Audit committee‘s reulations and information disclosure approved.
  •  “ŽIA valda“, AB,  had increased “AviaAM Leasing“, UAB, block of shares to 60%. The company provides aircrafts rental services. Regarding long-term contracts aircrafts have been rent to the airlines based in Estonia, Kazakhstan and Tadzhikistan.
  • In order to finally strengten Agricultural Sector “ŽIA valda“, AB, had agreed to increase authorized capital of “Agrowill Group“, AB, by capitalizing a large part of the debt – LTL 35,26 million. “ŽIA valda”, AB, block of shares has reduced from 100% to 11.67 %, which is currently controlled by a specialized company – “Eastern Agro Holding”, UAB. ŽIA valda“, AB, indirectly remains one of the most significant shareholders acting in one of the most promissing economy fields, contributed to strengthening its capital base.
  • Marius Žutautas the General Manager of “ŽIA valda”, AB, was delegated to the Board of “Agrowill Group“, AB. There was publicly announced about company‘s near future plans to distribute the additional shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in order to raise funds for company’s expansion.
  • “ŽIA valda”, AB, agreed with “Balsas.LT leidiniai“, UAB, group upon the sale of “Krašto spauda“, UAB, and “MNW media holding“, UAB, which controls “Valstiečių laikraštis“, “Gimtasis kraštas“, www.valstietis.lt, www.kasdien.lt. Preparation to leave media business was started in 2009 and at the end of 2010 it was successfully finished by an agreement with one of the fastest growing media group.
  • “ŽIA valda”, AB, subsidiary company “Smulkus urmas”, UAB, continued to increase turnovers of served objects in 2010. They have started providing food to “Vilniaus licėjus“, “S.Daukanto mokykla“, “Vilniaus energija“, “Lietuvos radija ir televizija“ and more then 10 other places.
  • “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, subsidiary company „Baltic Ground Services“, UAB, opened companies in Poland and Italy. At the end of 2010 comapny based in Poland received licence to provide ground services and fuel filling services in the biggest airport in Poland. It is planned to start providing these services in 2011.
  •  “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, subsidiary company “FL Tachnics“, AB, achieved a record growth both in profit and turnover. The company has introduced several new products such as “engine maintenance management product". The company in basic and linear aircraft service category Boeing 737 CL has reached 30 % of market share in Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan and Poland.
  • “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, subsidiary company “Baltic Aviation Academy“, UAB, during the year of 2010 alongside two aircraft types they already owned, has adopted a record number of 12 new aircraft types. Because of that, the company‘s revenue grew more than 3 times. In 2011-2013 aviation academy is planning to expand the geographic strategy and the number of customers and also maintain the same growth rates of the company.
  • “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, has established one more subsidiary company “Locatory.com“, UAB. The company‘s services is planned to be presented on May of 2011.
  • “Avia Solutions Group“, AB, has established one more subsidiary company “FL Technics Jets“, UAB, which in 2011 should begin providing basic and linear repair services of the region for business-class aircrafts.
  • Finally mediation services were terminated (shares of companies “Corporate finance, UAB, and “ŽVF projektai“, UAB, were sold).

2009

  • In “ŽIA valda“, AB, Board strategic planning meeting a decision was made due to a further company’s development. It was decided to increase the size of companies groups that are particularly associated with foreign markets and to "exit" from the relatively small non-strategic companies. For this reason “ŽIA valda“, AB, left some business sectors:
  • financial services (comapnies “Finhill“, UAB, and “Ermgassen & Co“, UAB, were sold);
  • locally operated in real estate management and valuation services (shares of “OremH”, UAB, were sold);
  • mediation services (companies “Spaudvesta“, UAB, and “Misota“, UAB, were sold);
  • human resourse management sevices (shares of “Search Group“, UAB, were sold to the Board of the company);
  • conctructions (shares of “Alytaus kranai“, AB, and “Statinio interjeras“, UAB, were sold);
  • IT sector (shares of “Etalink“, UAB, were sold to the Board of the company).
  • Some of the projects, which have been developed in Croatia and Ukraine were terminated: ŽIA valda Balkan d. o. o. and TOB «ЖИА валда УА» were sold.
  • AWG acquired one more company - “Gustonys“, ŽŪB.
  • The project of residential complex “Kabantys Sodai” was completed. Apartments were transfered to residents even after one of the commercial banks stopped funding and general contractor of the object went bankrupt.
  • It was decided to start preparation work of company’s owned media sales activities. Therefore “MNW media holding“, UAB, authorized capital was increased by capitalizing loans for acquisition.

    2008

  • “ŽIA valda“, UAB, released LTL 48 million value of shares, which was acquired by Islandic capital company “SX investments“ and the Lithuanian capital company “Amber capital partners“.
  • After “ŽIA valda“ shareholders structure has been changed, the Board of the company was formed and its rules of regulation were approved.
  • After one year activity a “B” category of broker license was given to the owned company FMĮ “Finhill”, UAB, which enabled the company to provide financial services.
  • “Agrowill Group”, AB, listing process, which was initiated and implemented by “ŽIA valda”, was successful in Vilnius stoch exchange: the initial distribution of shares was executed. Value of shares rose 30 percent within 3 months, while the OMX index fell by an average of 30 percent.
  • Government strategy committee of Republic of Lithuania approved that “flyLAL Group”, AB, passengers terminal, which will be built in the area of  buildings owned by “VA REALS”, UAB, belonging is strategically important subject to Lithuania. As a result processes and procedures were initiated to recieve permisions for construction. It is planned to start builting the terminal in November 2009.
  • “Agrowill Group“, AB, expansion plans were approved: the intention is to buy about 10 agricultural companies, and increase their cultivated areas and income several times. Started administrating agricultural company “Grūduva“, ŽŪB.
  • Because of suitable optimization processes “Valstiečių laikraštis“, UAB, income had increased twise compared to the last year. The company is actively developing its online portals www.valstietis.lt  and www.vl24.lt.
  •  “ŽIA valda“, UAB, becomes Join Stock Company.
  • “ŽIA valda” is actively considering presented projects abroad.

2007

  • At this time the main goal and activities of “ŽIA valda“ are investment management: investment in new related activities, companies development, consolidation of companies acquiring new businesses or parts thereof. Managed companies expansion plans related to the development of existing assets and increase in value. The highest assets value growth is expected from “Agrowill Group“, AB, growth of the shares and “flyLAL Group Services“, AB, successful development.
  • “ŽIA valda“, AB, together with its partners, acquired 45 percent block of shares of “Smulkus urmas”.
  • The controlling block of shares of „Baltic Media Partners“ UAB was acquired by “Viešųjų ryšių partneriai“ UAB.
  • 100 percent block of shares of “Valstiečių laikraštis“, UAB, was acquired.
  • Construction and management company “Statinio interjeras“, UAB, was established.
  • “Agrowill Group“, AB, has acquired “Žemės Vystymo Fondas“, UAB, companies. Also established new agricultural companies.

2006

  • The lawyer Ramūnas Audzevičius has acquired 10 percent of company’s shares.
  • “ŽIA valda“ takes a second place among 1000 fastest growing companies in Lithuania.
  • “Žvilgsnis iš arčiau“, UAB, controlling block of shares was sold. (The Islandic capital company “Creditinfo Group Ltd“, which is active in more than 25 countries, acquired 67 percent of shares).
  • A year ago “Lietuvos avialinijos”, AB, was privatized. A company was reorganized into a three-company group: “flyLAL Lithuanian Airlines”, AB, “flyLAL Group Services”, UAB, “Va reals” UAB.
  • “Žemės vystymo fondas“, UAB, started managing agricultural company “Alanta“, “Skėmiai“, “Jurbarkai“.

2005

  • “Lietuvos avialinijos”, AB, was privatized (partners: “Fima”, UAB, and “Garantas”, UAB, later “Garantas”, UAB, was replaced by “Sanitex”, UAB.
  • “ŽIA valda” investing in real estate and it becomes one of the key areas for action.
  • “Žemės Vystymo Fondas”, UAB, has started managing agricultural companies “Vėriškės”, “Nausodė”, “Kairėnai”, “Mantviliškis”, “Dumšiškės”.
  • More than 20 hectares of private houses designing was started in the Gulbinu village (sold in 2006).
  • Real Estate object “Kabantys sodai” was started to develop in the heart of New Town in Vilnius, in Smolensko street.

  2004

  • “Žemės Vystymo Fondas“, UAB, was established (main activity – agricultural land purchase and lease), the main consolidated companies of agricultural land use are farmers and “Agrowill Group“, AB. Started administrating agricultural companies “Želsvelė“, “Žadžiūnai“, “Smilgiai“,  “Spindulys“, “Lankesa“.

  2003

  • “Agrovaldymo grupė“, UAB, was established (now “Agrowill Group“, AB), which is one of the biggest companies of this kind in Lithuania. Started managing agricultural company “Eimučiai“,ŽŪB.
  • The first investment projects have been successfully implemented. One of them –residential complex in Užupis was developed, which was sold for nearly EUR 1,4 million.

  2002

  • After company’s shareholders structure has changed, the company’s activities were reorganized, “ŽIA valda“ became an investment company.
  • “Žvilgsnis iš arčiau“, UAB, shares were aquired. This credit management and debt collection company, occupying 30 percent of the market, has become a leader in its fields in Lithuania and Baltic countries.

1997
