Right from the year 2002 our company has experienced the period of intensive, aggressive and a dynamic growth, when ŽIA valda became an investment holding company. Having grown and developing faster than most of the markets of EU countries for many years, we became one of the largest corporate group in Lithuania which joins over 20 companies and which participates in the management of more than 50 enterprises. In 2006 we were identified as a lucrative group of the companies in Lithuania by the daily newspaper Verslo žinios.

Our knowledge, experience and initiative is being applied in many areas of the Lithuanian economy at present, these are: real estate, agriculture, aviation, financial mediation, tourism, credit management and other business sectors. Due to the essential changes of the economic conditions in Lithuania and in the world, the highest priority is rendered to the efficient use of the internal resources, the ability to achieve maximum results with the existing resources. We continue the concentration of the activity and give our great attention to the education and the professionalism of specialists working in enterprises, still abiding to the high quality of the services and products.
