ŽIA valda is an investment company which main activity is the optimization of the management and the growth of the value of the companies which belong to the group. Currently we manage and develop the enterprises of the business branches such as business services, catering, real estate, aviation services, infrastructure, financial intermediation, agriculture and others. We are working actively in Lithuania and are implementing various projects successfully both in Central and Eastern Europe as well as in the developing markets inside the CIS countries.

The implementation of new business ideas. Following the attractive business idea we create new business units, where the management is organized at all levels under already justified principles in the ŽIA valda group. Such companies are eventually transformed into the leading ones in the business sector by the application of our own knowledge and experience. The consolidation of business. The business sectors have been consolidated purposefully, where there are not any one or a few dominant companies. The business and the role of the developed company in the market are being enhanced by the grouping of the possession of small companies into one large company. Under the consolidation of the business, we have created the company of agricultural investments and development Agrowill Group, AB, which is the largest in the Baltic States and one of the largest in the European Union.

Acquisition of companies and the expansion of values. We acquire floundering enterprises or the ones in the doldrums which are operating inside the markets of unvalued potentials. For the achievement of the maximum performance and the penetration of the future prospects, the enterprises are being reformed using the introduction of the principles of operation and management applied by ŽIA valda, the development of business processes, thus increasing the value of the enterprises.
Following the business strategy of ŽIA valda the investments (companies) which have reached the intended place and the development level inside the market are being sold or sold partially by the attraction either public or private capital.
