The legal form of ŽIA valda, UAB, has been changed 2008.10.02
From 1 October 2008, the legal form of legal entity of ŽIA valda, UAB,
was changed into Joint Stock Company – after the registration of the new
Articles of Association of the company at the Register of Legal Entities, from
the above-mentioned day the name of the company is ŽIA valda, AB.
