Having developed great ties with the global community of investors, Jurgis is an expert with a proven track record of successful financing origination transactions, M&A and IPOs in multiple industries, including but not limited to B2B or B2C financial services, traditional banking and aviation.

Since 2013, he has been actively engaged in consulting aviation industry professionals on various finance-related issues specific to this highly capital-intense, business cycle-sensitive global industry.

At the moment Jurgis Petrosius is concentrated on his latest ambitious project – Skycop. Skycop is a global provider of tailor-made solutions for air passengers seeking to claim compensation for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights. The project has brought together a team of leading industry professionals with 10+ years of experience in the aviation business, law and credit management.

Moreover, the company has expanded into airport business, as Avia Solutions Group has been selected as a developer of the fourth Moscow airport, and is preparing Saransk Airport for the FIFA World Cup in 2018.

Having been granted Lithuania's state award as the best transport industry leader in 2011, today Vaisvila has been entrusted with construction of the the new International Airport in Zhukovsky (23 km from Moscow). His business plan for the project has received full approval of Russia's largest state corporation.
